Champagne toast to completed property improvements

Please join your Alson Court board and neighbors in the rear courtyard December 10, 2017 to celebrate the successful end of our 2017 improvement project. We will have a tent filled with hot cider and hors d’oeuvres, plus a fire pit to provide warmth for a celebratory champagne toast.

Property improvements scheduled to begin!

Exterior trim repairs are set to begin the third week of August, 2017 following an exterior pressure washing. The board is working closely with contractors to minimize any inconvenience. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at board@alsoncourt.com. Schedule details and pictures will be shared through the Improvement Status link at the top of this website.

Roof Repairs

Roof repairs are set to begin May 3, 2017 and are expected to take about two weeks, weather depending. A lift will be onsite during this work. The noise should be minimal as they remove damaged tiles. All active leaks are being addressed and all areas with the potential to leak are being preventatively sealed. New gutter guards are also being installed throughout the community.

New Website Goes Live !

The new Alson Court website goes live in April 2017. If you have news you would like to share with Alson Court or if you want to submit photos of our awesome property and neighborhood, send them to mwdstudio@bellsouth.net for approval. 

April 2017 Community Update
